Anita Martin, Martin’s Famous Louisiana Sausages

Anita Martin, Martin’s Famous Louisiana Sausages

True examples of the American Dream, Walter and Anita Martin have worked hard to get their food truck business not only up and running, but thriving in Arizona. Veteran of the Vietnam War and recipient of a Purple Heart, Walter is used to rolling up his sleeves and digging into hard work; business partner and wife Anita comes from 25 years in the banking and finance industry. Together they cook up some mean Cajun cuisine at Martin’s Famous Louisiana Sausages. They turned to Triton Capital for financing a concession trailer that would mobilize their restaurant and spread the word on the street.

“I’m pleasantly surprised how fast the process was.”

Recommended to Triton Capital by the vendor building their food truck, Anita decided to take the lead on getting the equipment loan they needed, given her financial background. “I’m pleasantly surprised how fast the process was,” says Anita.

She adds, “I know banking, and I was expecting a very different experience than what I had with Triton. Surprised in the best way possible.”

The Martins had a trailer, but not all the necessary components that could turn it into the restaurant on wheels they envisioned.

“Triton kept me updated on every step of the process.”

The Martins felt confident in the financing they received for their food truck: an equipment loan engineered for their specific situation and needs. “Triton kept me updated on every step of the process. They’re wonderful, fantastic people to work with.”

Martin’s Famous Louisiana Sausages can be seen rolling down the streets of Maricopa, Arizona, where the smell of Cajun cuisine draws in crowds to their food truck. The Martins and Triton Capital look forward to working together again on the next development of their restaurant.
